Sync Match Review | Sync My Music by Jesse Josefsson | NOT Recommended

AVOID Sync My Music or Sync Match

“We had to chase Jesse Josefsson
for almost a month to get our payments refunded”.

AVOID THIS SERVICE, and ESPECIALLY this INDIVIDUAL.

Quick Summary:

  1. Bought access to this Sync Match service.
  2. Used an email address (In the online form that he provided).
  3. Didn’t get ANY information on that email.
  4. When we contacted him about it, he tried to pretend like no issues exist (Total Narc move) at all and asked for a different email address.
  5. Two weeks in, I asked for a refund.
  6. Long story short, it took us 30 days, another extra charge, and Paypal’s Refund department to help us out.
  7. DO NOT TRY ANYTHING THIS INDIVIDUAL IS PEDDLING. RUN!

UPDATE: August 22nd, 2025

He deleted his own post on Reddit because he got called out as someone pretending to be “curious” about his own service Sync Match.

Total scum bag move.

Full story below:

I had to chase Jesse Josefsson for almost a month just to get my refunds from Sync Match, his so-called music sync licensing tool. Despite the company’s advertised “30-Day Money Back Guarantee – no questions asked”, the refund process was a nightmare—full of excuses, contradictions, and terrible communication. In the end, I only got both payments back after escalating the matter through PayPal’s resolution centre.

From my experience, this guarantee is not honored in practice. The service is untrustworthy, the customer service is awful, and I strongly warn others to avoid Sync Match entirely.

This company delays refunds. He has only paid one payment. Still owes us another payment which we’ve now notified Paypal about.

Sync Match, created by Jesse Josefsson, presents itself as a data-driven music sync licensing tool designed to assist music producers in finding suitable TV placements for their work. The service is marketed with a “transparent” subscription pricing structure and prominently features a “30-Day Money Back Guarantee” with a stated “no questions asked” refund policy.

Sync Match Refund Policy

As a someone interested in evaluating the product, I decided to engage with Sync Match. Under the assurance of this refund guarantee.

Sync Match Review - Initial Paypal Receipt

Two weeks in, requested a refund, and was told he can’t find my emails.
Sync My Music Jesse Josefsson Delay Tactics
Obviously he knows what my emails are.

He is the one who received the payment and provided the login information . . .

Emails were provided again. Which we shouldn’t have to.
Then I followed up again . . . 3 days later:

Now he’s contradicting his own “No questions asked” policy??? What happened is someone tried your product, and two weeks in, wanted a refund, which he hasn’t processed so far.

Literally two weeks later . . .

Escalation via PayPal

After repeated delays and unfulfilled commitments from the service provider, it became necessary to initiate a formal dispute through PayPal’s resolution centre, to recover the outstanding refund. This step was taken due to the lack of any voluntary resolution, or half decent customer service from Sync Match.

It is important to note that the need to escalate through PayPal contradicts the premise of a “no questions asked” refund process, and calls into question the integrity of the refund policy as advertised.

After all, we are still waiting for one more payment (August 9th, 2025).

Then I emailed again the next day . . .

More delays
Now the initial amount was finally refunded (Took almost two weeks of chasing), and the other one is still pending.

Both should have been refunded at this point.

Terrible service.

Then again, followed up again almost 10 days later.

This was this narc’s disgusting response.

Not Honoring His Guarantee

The “30-Day Money Back Guarantee” and “No Questions Asked” refund policy can be considered critical components in consumer trust, and purchase confidence. Especially if you are actually offering them.

In this instance, the extended delay in processing the refund, and the absence of proactive communication represent a failure to uphold these commitments. This experience undermines confidence in the service provider’s customer service practices, and raises concerns about the reliability of the stated guarantees.

Important Notice for Potential Customers of Sync Match

Prospective customers are advised to exercise caution when engaging with Sync Match. The company’s pattern of delayed responses and avoidance of accountability, is disgusting to say the least.

Despite Sync Match’s marketing claim of a “no questions asked” refund guarantee, my experience has been otherwise. Refunds were delayed significantly, accompanied by poor communication. While one payment was eventually recovered through a PayPal dispute, the process was unnecessarily lengthy and burdensome.

Consumers should be aware of these potential challenges and prepared to take assertive action if refunds are not processed promptly. Transparency and accountability in financial transactions are essential, and should be a consistent practice for any reputable service provider.

Based on this experience, and other issues on this site which we won’t be sharing (As we don’t want to help individuals like this in any shape or form) we do not recommend Sync Match, and strongly advise extreme caution.

As of this writing (August 9th, 2025), we are still awaiting the refund of a second payment.

UPDATE:
Thanks to Paypal, and after chasing Jesse Joseffson for almost a month, we finally got both of our payments refunded.

CONCLUSION:

These people on Youtube are one of the biggest scums. You’d be surprised how much of a fake image they put up.

They are full blown Narcs.

Have you ever seen how much money this guy really makes? Any proof of that? Ask yourself.

The reason people like you keep following them is you have a low self esteem.

Think about it, if they can do it, why can’t you?

Work on you. Chase you.
