I created this section to help website owners who are looking more interested in getting their in-house team to do things
These are free seo tools that I personally use to speed up my work flow.
Adding NoFollow Tags on all External Links
If you don’t want your link juice to drain when you link to other sites, it’s always a good idea to add a ‘nofollow’ tag on 99% of these links. This is one of my personal favorites right now.
All you have to do is drop your code and it will add a nofollow tag on all the external links only.
Great for people who are working on CMSs other then WordPress like BigCommerce, django CMS, etc.
Use this and stop draining your link juice.
Duplicate URL Remover From A Master List
I created this excel spreadsheet to make sure I don’t contact the same person or website twice. I know their are a few good ones online but none of them give you the ability to compare your new list to a ‘Master’ list.
This excel worksheet works like a charm.
Only downside is you need excel to use it. I use it on a Mac so I’m not sure if it will work for PC users. Hope it does.
Use this spreadsheet using the following steps:
- Download Spreadsheet Dupe Remover
- Enable Macros (So it can work properly).
- Enter your Master list in the master column.
- Enter your new list in the ‘new’ column and press remove duplicates.
The spreadsheet will then remove any duplicates (Comparing them to the master list) and give you a nice clean list to use. Whether you have a giant list of Vancouver SEO companies or whatever, you can use this to organize them. Use it all the time.
Whether they are emails, websites or whatever. Your call 🙂
First Page Keyword Finder [BETA]
Have you ever published a page on your site and it ends up first for it’s chosen keyword?
Well use this tool to predict that behaviour.
Simply find out the “search results” and “intitle” search for that keyword, enter those metrics along with your keyword list and this script (Connected with Google’s API) will find the keywords that have the best chance of getting to the first page.
It’s currently in BETA mode and limited to 100 searches a day. Test these out with 5-10 keywords for now.
I’m still developing it more.
If you have any questions, just give me a shout.
With all these years online, there hasn’t been one single half decent keyword grouper that I’ve come across. So I created my own. Out of this set of marketing seo tools, this one is my favorite.
This keyword grouper allows you to group keywords by one specific word. Once it groups it, it also removes it from the original list so you can keep going or save it somewhere and start again later. The idea is to group keywords and then right away create an article on it.
More action, less distractions 🙂
